FOUNDER
Engineering discipline applied to how businesses actually run.
Pragma Consulting was founded by an industrial engineer with seven years of hands-on experience designing, measuring, and improving operational systems. That background shapes how every engagement works: we start from first principles, we measure what matters, and we do not recommend a solution without understanding the problem.
Industrial engineering is, at its core, the discipline of making systems perform better — faster throughput, fewer errors, less wasted capacity. Applied to a business operation, it means asking the same questions that engineers ask on a production floor: where does work get stuck? Where does quality break down? Where does the system consume more than it should?
Most SME owners know their operation has friction. They can feel it in the complaints from their team, in the clients who do not come back, in the deals that fall apart during fulfillment. What is harder to see — without tools and method — is where exactly the friction lives and what it is costing.
That is the gap Pragma was built to close. Not with frameworks borrowed from large corporations. Not with consulting language that obscures more than it clarifies. With engineering rigor applied at the scale where it actually moves the needle for an established SME.
BACKGROUND
7 years of industrial engineering expertise across operations design, process measurement, and systems improvement.
PRECISION
Engineering discipline. Business results.
HOW WE THINK
The practical over the theoretical. Always.
We measure before we recommend.
A recommendation that is not grounded in measurement is an opinion. Every Pragma engagement begins with a diagnostic phase — mapping the current state before we touch anything. The diagnosis drives the design.
We work with your team, not around them.
The people running your operation know things we do not. We bring method and an outside perspective; they bring context. The best solutions come from combining both. Consulting that bypasses the team leaves nothing behind when we go.
Simplicity is the hard option.
Complex solutions are easier to sell than simple ones. They sound more thorough. They justify higher fees. We measure success by whether your team can run what we built without us — which means we have a professional incentive to keep things as simple as the problem allows.
We say no when it is the right answer.
Not every operational problem needs automation. Not every growth bottleneck is an operations problem. We will tell you when the proposed solution is wrong for your situation — even if that means a smaller engagement or no engagement at all.
